Hasco uses a debit card/credit card pre-authorization process when we first enter your order into our system. We get a pre-authorization from your bank at order entry for an estimated amount, then upon shipment our system deducts the actual, exact dollar amount of the order. You may notice there are two different transactions on your account until your bank drops the pre-authorization from your account. Refer to your individual banking institution for more information regarding their specific policy on pre-authorizations.
Due to extremely limited quantities, if an item is no longer available at the time of shipment, we will send an email and make note on the packing slip. Your invoice and shipping totals will be adjusted accordingly.
Free Shipping Offer
Occasionally we will offer free shipping on orders placed on this web site. The free shipping is based on the total dollar value of the order after any and all discounts are applied to the items ordered.
Items located in any of the "Closeout", "Cowboy Kickers", "Home Decor", and "Leather" categories are not eligible for free shipping.
Our free shipping offer only applies to orders that will be shipped to an address within the continental United States. Shipments outside the continental United States and to Canada may have additional shipping charges added to the order.
International Shipping Terms and Conditions
ATTENTION: All International Orders are non-refundable due to the long distance they must travel. This makes them not in resalable condition when they arrive back in the U.S. All sales are final.
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
Free shipping is not available on international orders. The total that you see calculated in your shopping cart is for U.S. customers only. The shopping cart does not have the capabilities of calculating shipping costs for countries outside the U.S.A. therefore the shipping calculation for each country must be done on an individual basis. The shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination. Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and a lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you are importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see what the rules are for your specific country. Hasco Industrial Supply will also not be held responsible for any additional fee that the local carrier in your country may charge. Additionally, when ordering from Hasco Industrial Supply, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to Hasco Industrial Supply due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes, and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, and taxes associated with orders shipped outside the continental U.S.A.
We use the US Postal Service to ship orders to a select group of international locations. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail Parcel Post, Insured, Return Receipt (signature by cardholder only). Your order can take 2-3 weeks to arrive (and sometimes longer) depending on how busy your customs officials are at the time your order arrives in your country.
If a parcel is returned because of non payment of duty tax, or incorrect address the credit back to the credit card will be for the merchandise only and will be minus the shipping/handling fee and a 20% restocking fee.
Need to return a product?
We offer a couple of options for returns:
1) Return the item(s) for a full refund, including the original shipping charge. A Gift Certificate will be issued to you for future use at our online store at www.montanasilversmithsoutlet.com.
2) Return the item(s) for a refund minus a 10% restock fee, excluding the original shipping charge. This refund will be applied to your original payment method.
You may return an item within 30 business days of your receiving your order.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER is required for all returns. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and return email address to request an RMA.
Custom items cannot be cancelled or returned. This includes but is not limited to any item that requires engraving, figures, embroidery, or customization of any kind.
Montana Bucks offer is valid online only, at montanasilversmithsoutlet.com on a qualifying purchase. Qualifying purchase is determined after discounts and before taxes, fees and shipping charges are added. The following do not count toward total qualifying purchase: gift cards, prior purchases, applicable taxes and fees.
